**Refund Policy FAQ**

**1. What is your refund policy?**

Our refund policy allows for a full refund within 10 days of the event (May 10, 2024) and a partial refund of 50% minus any applicable fees within 3 days of the event (May 23, 2024).   All tickets are non-refundable thereafter.

**2. How do I request a refund?**

To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team at info@oakandenglish.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. 

**3. What items are eligible for a refund?**

Items eligible for a refund are the full ticket price minus any fees.

**4. How long does it take to process a refund?**

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and approve the refund.
